So, I have a Spec 3 in the car..not sure on the miles. I think my tranny is going out because when im at a complete stop I cant put it into first gear. I have to be rolling to put it in. Sometimes it doesnt feel like it wants to go into 3rd either..depends on the day. Also sometimes when im crusing, and I put it in nuetral..and then go to put back in 4th it will grind going in. So I think im about to do a T56 rebuild

Yeh man I think you have clutch release problem. And oh yeah it is probably hurting your transmission.
