Sometimes this problem is hard to pin down, and there isn't one fix that works for everybody. My clutch does the same thing as your's even after a whole new clutch, including an 02 slave cylinder. I think my problem might be related to heat from the headers causing the fluid in the master-slave line to boil.

I had the same problem.
The heat from the headers and the slipping clutch braught my fluid to a boil.
is your clutch slipping?
Maybe it's time to look into the "drill mod".

Mine is fine when driving normally and shifting at low rpm's. Mine sticks when I'm pushing it hard and shifting over about ~5500+ rpm's. My clutch is not slipping that I know of. Mine started sticking after I put on the uncoated JBA's. That's why I feel mine is probably due to the extra heat of the headers. My car is currently undergoing a head/cam swap w/ drill mod. I'm hoping the the drill mod along with a good bleeding and heat reflectant tubing on the master-slave line should help. I've already added heat reflectant tubing on the line and this seemed to help a little bit, but by the time I added it my fluid had probably already been cooked.
