Is it the updated version, and do you know the manufacturer?

Is that the whole kit? I went to a GM dealership yesterday and the whole kit that was pre bleed was $187. Iam guessing that this one does not include the lines and everthing else. Do I need to replace my lines and all of that stuff, my car has 80k miles and a new clutch.

The master comes pre bled with the lines, not the slave

The best place to look for a slave will be either BYUNSPEED or Summit. I picked mine up from summit for 105.

Sweet thanks for the info. A buddie of mine was saying after I install that I dont have to push the cluth all the way in to engage the clutch. Making it quicker to powershift. Is this true?

A quick question, can you blead the master cylinder without the slave? The reason I ask is, if the slave comes pre-blead, but I need to change the fluid in the resevoir and master cylinder, I don't want to re-blead the slave cylinder if I can avoid it.

Thanks.

I looked at the one on Summit, and I don't think it includes the throwout bearing, which I beleive is another $32 from them.

Maybe it's just me, but I would want a new slave and throwout bearing at the same time.

The one from summit comes with the TO bearing, its the original GM part.

Okay, now I'm confused. When I was pulling my transmission down, and was discussing my slave cylinder, it was mentioned just to get a new one since it was already out, and they came pre-bled which made it that much easier.

Maybe I'm wrong, won't be the first or last time.

Ok I think iam getting confused. What I want is when Iam shifting is to instead of having to throw the clutch pedal to the floor to engage the clutch, I want to just throw it down half way. Iam not sure if it a slave cylinder or master cylinder that does this. My buddie who has a 69 camaro with a lt1 engine and six speed told me that it was a slave cylinder. But when he is shifting from 1st to 2nd he hardley moves the clutch pedal to engage the clutch. What do I do for my car to do the same?
Thanks Brandon

that can be dont with an adjustable master, or shimming the slave.

So I can do this with either one? Which way do you recommend?
