Default 402+N20 Clutch

Ok guys I have had the SPEC 3 in the car for about 5000 miles and it is now starting to slip. And this is all with out the bottle and already I have problems. Is there a streetable clutch but one strong enough to hold up to some abuse?

You want your cake and eat it too........ ..... closest you're gonna get is a twin disk of some type ....it'll hold the power.... but don't expect LS6 type smoothness .... just doesn't work that way....... If I just didn't buy a Mc cleod twin disk and built t56 with 600 miles on it..... i would have tried the new ram twin...... looks promising.

good luck, and keep us posted.....

Wouldn't expect this one to hold the 402 let alone the N2O.

How big of a shot are you going to be putting down? I think a twin disk is your best bet for the amount of power you're going to be putting down. A lot of people have been using a Spec 5 with good results, but then again it is a Spec.
