Default clutch PEDAL adjustment?

I was told by a local guy here that after replacing my clutch with the centerforce DF and having my transmission rebuilt that i need to adjust my clutch pedal from inside my car? Is this something that you need todo?

You will need an adjustable master cylander to adjust it. IT is a very valuable thing to purchase for long clutch life and better shift feel.
