if you keep driving it like that, you're tearing up your syncros, you might as well not be using the clutch.

I'd start with the master cylinder, check for leaks, then work your way down, bleed the slave . . . and bleed it some more.

If you have to, just get the cheep stocker, it's easier to replace a slave cylinder than a syncro kit.

Make sure that the fluid is crystal clear

the master and slave are brand new. they were replace a week ago and I had already put a master and slave 6 months ago. I threw away the fluid 2 times already.

how do you check for leaks?

Sounds like disengaging issues. I had this problem a few times. I god a Centerforce set with a warped clutch disk. I beleive it came that way. They use stock hubs and I bet they are reused. Another time with a stock clutch I had burned up swelled from the heat and wouldn't disengage. I had many clutched like that. I just slammed the shifter into gears and went. Ate synchros like crazey. Now that I have a good clutch disk (ram 900 series) it doesnt swell, it is not warped, and works perfectly. I could not beleive how fast I am at shifting when my s*@# works right! There must be a .030 air gap between the flywheel and disk or disk and pressure plate. With less than .025, the cars just don't shift all that smooth and have increased difficulty going into gears sitting still with the motor running.

Hey guys I made a new post with some pics of the clutch removed. It looks like there was something wrong when it was made. Here is the link.
