Default what is the "normal" engagement point for pedal travel

My clutch engages about 1/4 the way up. Is that normal? Its a new Textrialla 0z700 with 400 miles on it. I just noticed it was a little lower then the Spec I had before.

Mine engages about 1/3 of the way up or so, so that sounds right to me. It might come up a little with some more miles on it.
