Default Sticking clutch pedal

My clutch pedal has just recently after my header install started sticking to the floor after WOT runs. It used to feel just really different not really sure how to explain it but I could tell a difference in the pedal. I did some searching but there seems to be differnent opinions on the cause some say hydrolics some say clutch. I don't want to drop money on parts I don't need. I have an 01 so I have the better hydrolics to begin with and I have also done the drill mod a long time ago. As far as I know my clutch is the original stocker that now has 80k on it. So is it time to replace that bad boy or am I looking at a hydrolics probalem.
