Default Problem with shifting. either clutch or slave cylinder.

I recently put in a slave cylinder, and Textralia Oz700 clutch with a steel billet flywheel.

About 1200 miles, after everything started to get worn in l the car started becoming hard to shift, and when it was cold it was nearly impossible to get into gear. This led me to believe it was my master cylinder.

Master cylinder was replaced with Ram adjustable. Same problem persisting.

When you put the car in gear with the clutch pedal all the way in the car moves without even letting the pedal out at all. Which leads me to believe its either my clutch or I just need a new slave again.

Suggestions?

The slave is fully bled, it was leaking fluid all over the place. Its not that. Trust me, its bled.

i think it might be the clutch. i see alot of textralia owners are having the same problems. i think the bolts need to be tightened on the pressure plate.

How are these bolts just coming loose. I was told something about cutting some holes intot the bell housing to see if there coming loose from Pete. Im starting to get tired of messing with this thing.

WHAT WAY is everyone bleeding these things!!! Im getting two different ways. I also pulled out my master and its hard as a rock. I bench bled it some more. Im going to put that bitch back in this friday to see what it does. It seems fine so I cant tell if its actually messed up. My slave is not leaking and I am confused as hell. It only lets fluid out when the bleed port is cracked and you push on the pedal.

sorry to hijack joey Im just having the same problemes over and over again

Pete actually called me from Austrilla and we talked about what the car is doing he says that one of the bolts on the pressure plate has come loose. So yay...Im dropping the tranny this weekend.

Great customer service though. Thanks for the phone call Pete.

I have had this clutch combo for about a year and a half and around 10000 miles. I have been through 4 slaves, 3 pilot bearings, and am about to replace my master again. My problem is my pedal sticking to the floor and I am having a hard time shifting sometimes at a high RPM. I have also had to have my tranny totally rebuilt, so I am out about 6 grand since I bought this clutch. Needless to say I am not happy. The sad thing is, my car is daily driven, never been to the track, bolt on 98 formy putting down around 330 RWP. If the master I am soon to replace does not correct the problem I will be looking to put in a new clutch setup. Textralia has great customer service but i wonder about the product sometimes.

I have a new master.
I have a new slave
New clutch
New flywheel

Car has been pressure bled.
The clutch is having a hard time holding pressure.
Grinds when it goes into gear and its hard to get into gear as well.

Clutch doesnt slip though.
I think its either a pressure plate bolt or the slave.

Pulling tranny this week.
