Whats wrong with my Tranny?? I have an '00 WS6. i was going down the highway at WOT, i shifted from 5th to 6th gear, it went into gear but then started grinding after i let the clutch out. so i poped it out of gear and coasted to a stop. After i stoped, I put it in first, i let the clutch out and the car moved, but i couldnt give it any serious throttle because it would start grinding while in gear, i can get it going about 55 in 3rd... if i try to go any faster that that, it will start grinding. a few weeks before any of this happened, the clutch was acting funny and sticking to the floor. I would have to lift it back up with my foot and pump it a few times to get it working again. Any idea what is wrong with this thing??
