No it's not the pedal sticking to the floor. My '02 ZO6 is somehow delaying the engagement for maybe 1/2sec after the pedal has fully travelled out, going into 3rd and 4th gear only. This phenomenon has occurred with two separate new clutches (both made by Exedy of which I had two full years of faultless performance out of the same clutch previously). I have new master and slave cylinders and have flushed the whole system three times. Anyone have an idea why? BTW, both of the clutches currently exhibiting this issue are multiple disc and can easily handle the power produced.
