LS7 Clutch Kits @ SDPC!

On that page we've got the clutch kits as well as any of the other parts you might need/want while doing the job. The kit is $399 and we keep them in stock!

I'm considering ordering one from SDPC soon too, is there anything special that you need for installing it on a 1998? I just want a solid list of what to buy so I don't end up forgetting anything. My list looks like this so far:

LS7 kit from SDPC
Pilot Bearing
Bolt kit (maybe)
Slave Cylinder
Drill Mod
New Fluid

Am I on the right track? Anything missing?
Thanks

Don't forget an alignment tool if you don't have one already! For under $7, you can save yourself ALOT of headache and frustration.

+1 for SDPC. Got my LS7 clutch/pressure plate/LS2 flywheel kit, pilot bearing, new master and slave cylinder from them. I wish I had gotten the bolt kit and alignment tool, had to go out and get those seperately. Shipped pretty quickly, too.

What ever happened to the good deal offered on the LS7 kit from Fred Beans? I purchased mine before SDPC offered it.

What is the spacer that I am reading about? Sometimes you need it with a different clutch?

The site only has LS2/LS7 Pilot Bearing. Does that work for the LS1 Camaro/Firebird also?

Looks like my slave is leaking. What about the Z06 clutch kit? They were great a few years ago.

If your car is close to stock then the LS6 will be okay. But you are better off getting the LS7 because it will hold more power and it's cheaper
