Default uh-oh...tranny problems

well i went to the track last night with my brand new clutch, flywheel, and drag radials and ran my best of 13.7@101.the bad thing is i royally screwed up the tranny.i was down to the last 2 cars.last run of the night,im 3/4's of the way down the track, hit 4th and it sounded like ****.(grinded the **** out of it) so of course i lose and i start heading home.i get on the freeway and hit 4th and it did the same thing.it goes in,pops out, then grinds like crazy.so i dont know what it is,shift fork maybe?i got all the other gears.any ideas?

thanx

Probably needs a shift fork and a 4th gear syncro ring . Maybe some slider keys as well .

Just the gear ratio's. The 93's had the close or wide gear ratio's depending on what your rear end gearing was. The biggest differences in all of them is the 1st and 3rd gears.

Sounds like your 4th gear synchros took a crap on ya. Upgrade time!
