Default slave cylinder leak please helppppp

ok i just changed my clutch to a spec 3+

i changed my slave cylinder like 2 month ago and i had a spec 2 + clutch in it

so i changed the throw out bearing and i put the spacers but when the car is off and i bleed the clutch its fine i get presure on the peddel and theres is no leak but as soon as i turn the car on it starts leakin
i checked the hose and its fine and i checked the bleeding screw and that was fine so im just think what can it be its either i didnt put the throw out bearing on right or my slave cylinder went again

note... it did not leak prior to this install

You might have damaged it when you reinstalled the trans.

how do you know its the slave? Oil between the bell and engine? Not a rear main seal?
