Default Clutch Cable to replace hydrolics on LS vehicles?

I've been thinking about this lately and it occurs to me that about 90% of our clutch issues are hydrolics related. I'm just curious why no one has came up with a clutch cable or z bar system for the LS cars. Seems to me like that would fix most of all the clutch issues that we have. Anyone know if something like this is available?

I think 90% of the problem are user related just replace it all and call it a day. I read guy on here replaced all his hydralics and still didnt fix his pedal sticking on the floor he replaced the actual clutch disk and pressure plate and it went away.

It's been discussed and dreamed about for years here and on the old original ls1.com but no one has done it yet.

But a cable setup also is inferior, we need to just improve the hydraulics...

cable setups are cheap but they also will break over time..

Z bar set up wear over a period of about 15 ish years. You have to weld up the holes and redrill or get new parts.

It would be nice but no one has done it. As previously, stated.....
