F&*(&^g transmission wont go im having the problem everything is aligned the pilot bearing was the one that was in it from previous clutch still pretty new anyways it only likes about a inch or so to go in i have cracked the bleeder screw i cant figure this out it seems the throwout bearing is riding the clutch fingers that far out is that normal. i cant seem to get the input shaft in the pilot done took the transmission back out and alignment tool slides in and out easy

I hate to tell you this but, it's probably not aligned. The plastic alignment tools are not the most accurate. I have seen the tool slide in and out without issue but the tranny won't go. After realigning, it slides right in. If you can get and old input shaft use that.
