Default Clutch Power Losses?

When i had my stock clutch, the pedal was sticking pretty hardcore inbetween hard shifts. At the high end it could feel it slipping like a bog almost, ALMOST. Was wondering what kinda power that was robbing me of. (asking cause im replacing with a LS7 and heard good things)

I have an LS7 in my car now thats getting replaced with a spec 3+. The LS7 did good for about 10k+ miles then one day it just started acting up and now the pedal is sticking to the floor at high rpms. I've replaced my already updated hydraulics and still the same problem. Oh well, out with the old in with the new.
