It gets rid of the synchro teeth on the gear as well as uses a custom slider. They are difficult on the street if you are not use to driving it. You have got to be firm going into gear and you still must use the clutch.

yea, i thought about it for a long time before i did it. i must say it isn't for everyone but i'm sure as hell glad i did it now!
