Clutch suddenly won't engage

Clutch suddenly won't engage '03 Z06 with stock master (non-adjustable) and an Tex Exoskel
Put the clutch in last September. Working perfectly until last weekend. After a pass down the track (did nothing unusual), this problem began.
If I start the car in neutral, I can't get it into any gear.
If I start the car in a gear, it jumps slightly forward, but settles down and I can get through the gears.
Pedal feels normal to maybe a little firmer. No unusual noises.
Fluid in the resivoir looked fine although I replaced it anyway. I have not flushed the system so I don't know what it looks like beyond the resivoir.
Three theories:
1. Bad fluid (note that is it synthetic w/a boiling point of 1300*)
2. Bearing destroyed
3. Engagement point moved (is this possible?)

Sounds like the clutch is dragging. Does it engage right off the floor. Have you checked to see if the rear wheels spin when the clutch is depressed and the car is in gear?
Either put the rear up on stands and run it with clutch in and put it in gear or, push in the clutch put it in gear and slowly bring the rpm's uo to 5k or so and see if the car starts to move.
If it's dragging it's probably hydraulics...
