Default No Pedal Pressure WTF Textralia Zgrip New Master/slave

Ok So Installed:
Tex Z grip Clutch
Updated GM Master Cyl.
New GM Slave

I Go to bleed the system and my master is not taking down any fluid out of the reservoir, the fluid level varies slighty when pumping the pedal. When i crack the bleeder on the slave I get some fluid come out and some air but that is it. I have repeated the bleeeding procedure for almost an hour and still have not got the pedal to stiffen up or any more fluid to drop from the Master.

I did do the "drill mod" is it possible the line is clogged coming out of the master or what, also the search button wasnt able to help me this time...

did you bleed the master before installing it? it can be tough to bleed the entire system if you dont..you can bleed the master when its installed as well..just disconnect the line from the slave and press a bolt or something to open the line and have someone push the pedal down/hold then release the bolt..do this a few times..

If you did the drill out mod you have to blow the line out with compressed air to make sure the metal filings are out. Then it should be bench bled.

Yeah I did not bleed the master before installing it. I would imagine a blow gun pushed down on the quick disconnect will do the trick... I will try this...

You may have to remove the master to bench bleed it. It's very difficult to remove the air from the top of the master when it is installed.

You can get the car down to a dealership, they can power bleed it, no more then 11 psi from a BG machine, it will get the **** out. Its another option.

I recently did a Ram Adjustible clutch master, w/o the drill mod (my bad for, forgetting....) and we gravity bleed, then with 2 people pumped the pedal repeatedly. Worked fine, then bleed with the BG machine later to ensure no air.

I have a high rpm clutch drag issue, wating for textrailia to get back to me.

1. Place the master in a vice, (be very careful), so that it is horizontal
2. Make sure the resivoir is full
3. Open the slave end of the line. You will need to push something in here
to hold it open.
4. Place the slave end of the line in a container of DOT3/4 fluid.
5. Grab hold of the MC rod and press it in. You should see bubbles come out
of the slave end in the fluid. Continue to slowly pump the master until no
more air comes out.
6.

Just gravity bleed it if it's already in the car.

I Bled it out of the car and again when i put it in. Is it possible my new MC is bad? The MC feels as if its not pushing/sucking any fluid when i pump it. The pedal will not even get firm when the slave quick disconnect is not connected to anything its just closed and I pump it... any input is appreciated

You should not be able to move the pedal at all when it is disconnected. You either have a bad master or it is full of air.
