Smile Spec twin disc

This is a bad *** clutch I only put 25 miles on it so far. The twin disc makes my ram powergrip HD feel like a pos. This thing just grabs and the pedal release is great. Spec has built the ultimate clutch and has a customer service dept that is great. I was having issuses installing the clutch(my fault) I called spec and spoke with spec-01 he told me what was going on and he was correct in every way

I have been stress testing their twin disk in my twin turbo cummins,1600 foot pounds of torque and 8000 pounds and it's taken everything i have and more,I doubt a gas motor will be able to break it if I can't.

Definitely good to hear that the clutch is awesome. Personally I've never had a good experience with the Spec customer service department and I've talked to alot of people who won't ever buy a Spec again just because of their customer service department. Maybe they have changed something there?

Either way, good to know that it's a good option for a high hp clutch. How's the driveability with it?

The flywheel is billet steel

The drivability is getting better and better the more I drive it. At first it grabbed really hard but as it breaks it I can slip it a lil more when taking off Its about the same as a spec 3+

That's good to hear. I liked my Spec 3+ for the most part.

what is the weight of the clutch?

Is an aluminum flywheel an option?

What is the weight of the twin with the aluminum flywheel?

I road race and just had another manufacturer's twin crap out after 200 miles during the break in.

Is spec twin proven for a c5 with 500 rwhp?

If it craps would they cover the cost of the labor to get it back out?
