Default Does a worn old clutch reduce power going to wheels?

I have like 60k on my clutch. I havent really noticed any issues in the revs (which I thought is where you notice a burnt clutch) But it has started to stick a little (clutch pedal sticks to floor), and I cant chirp my gears, and the wheelhop I used to get it somewhat gone. Im trying to figure out why this SMALL loss of power is occuring - tune, clutch, something else.......So my qustion, will a worn clutch lower the rwhp/rwtq....

Yes. The clutch slips and the power doesn't get transferred.
