WTB manual trans

Looking for a Manual Trans that will relatively easily bolt up to an LS6. T56 would be great, but they are becoming a unicorn. if you have something that will work, let me know!
I'm starting to gather parts to swap my 57 Chevy bel air to an LS6. I have the motor, but really want to keep the car a manual. I could keep my Muncie, but I would rather have 5-6 speeds because I actually drive the car on the highway, OD would be nice.
