This is a modified shift plate to be used with the B&M pro ratchet shifter. It has been clearanced underneath to fit the shifter and has a slit cut for the reverse lock out. With this, you don't have to cut up your existing plate and spend time with a dremel tool just to get it to fit right. The ashtray is missing as it must be removed to clearance the shifter. The ashtray lid is broken and will need glued in place. This will only be a color match to 00-02 camaro and firebirds. Other years are a lighter gray. This is just for the shift plate console cover itself, exactly as shown in the very first picture.
