This intake manifold is compatible with any Gen III/IV LS engine that is using cathedral port heads. 
It is compatible with V8 5.3L and 4.8L engines, but can also be compatible with 6.0L engines when the heads are replaced with cathedral port heads.

The intake manifold has OE/OEM part number 25350348 and is interchangeable with part numbers 89017230, 89017365, and 19418185.
This is a bolt-on manifold with 3 studs for the throttle body. 
“Firing Order 18726543” is stamped on the manifold.
