441ci ERL shortblock with AllPro LS7 heads/intake and Dailey billet oil pan

I built this motor for my road race gray RX-7; however I sold it this year with a 416ci setup inside instead. This was originally in Dave Kixmiller's 358ci destroked Bonneville salt flats record holder S10 pickup truck that my buddy Chris Coffey built/fabricated. Kurt Urban spec'd/built this engine with KixMiller Racing.
I purchased the engine with the original AllPro single plane intake and 2 fried pistons from nitrous use... and then overbored it... added the longer stroke crank/rods to gain 80 cubic inches. Reuse the heads/lifters/rockers also.

Here are the details on the motor:
ERL Superdeck1 (4 bolt head style) Darton resleeved alum 5.3 orginally built spec'd by Kurt Urban. Darton sleeves are 3x stronger than the factory liner. 4.190" bore (can go to 4.200" bore)
billet main caps, ARP main studs, Katech piston squirters, bronze bushed lifter bores. This was $5K alone. Was sent back to ERL for inspection/cleaning then over to me.
LS7 crank (std/std) with cut snout for wet sump oiling (or aftermarket dry sump)
LS7 Titanium rods rebushed with Katech bushings, ARP 2000 bolts
RaceTech 13:1 forged pistons for n/a use
Calico coated bearings throughout
AllPro LS7 58cc castings ported by WCCH (428cfm), Ti 2.20" intake valves, s/s exhaust, Jesel solid roller 1.7 rockers ($$$), custom valve covers with integrated rocker arm oilers (spray bars inside and -AN fitting up front)
These were sent back to WCCH before I received them and refreshed. I opted for PAC 1209X .750" dual springs with Ti retainers which are affordable if they ever need to be replaced.
AllPro ported LS7 single plane aluminun intake by WCCH, new Bosch 80lb injectors (for e85), AllPro billet rails, AccuFab black 4500 style throttlebody (cable driven) with IAC and TPS
ARP head studs, your choice of head gaskets
Cammotion solid roller 252/260 .714" lift cam, Jesel link bar lifters ($$$), pushrods still need to be purchased but included
your choice of Melling oil pump, C5-R timing chain (for wet sump oiling)
includes front/rear covers
KUP (Kurt Urban Performance) distributor belt driven front cover conversion with ICE coil, wires, spare coil, MSD amplifier box included ($1500+) for high RPM (was run with the carbureted setup in the link to 9500rpm).

Currently in shortblock form.... would entertain selling shortblock without heads/rockers/intake setup for $9K. The work to the bare block alone was $5K from ERL and no internals. Will include Jesel link bar lifters (used) which are over $2K new. If you put on LS7 heads it would drop compression down to around 12:1 due to larger combustion chamber. The crankshaft snout has been cut and is not the OEM style dry sump long snout.

When I spoke with Kip at Cammotion to grind the cam I wanted the power to come on around 3500rpm and carry to 7500rpm and not fall off ...... so if you wanted to rev it to 8000rpm you could and not have to upshift into a corner (road racing). He felt it should make around 800hp flywheel with the above combo on 13:1 running e85.
your choice of ATI balancer

$20K shipped to the lower 48 states with AllPro heads/intake etc.
no oil pan. This can easily be made into a dry sump engine with an aftermarket dry sump setup... ie ARE, Aviad, etc.

I have a Dailey billet oil pan/pump/belts, some -AN fittings, adj pressure regulator, filter, and a 3 gallon Peterson tank/breather for $3K extra. Only thing you would need to make are the lines to complete it. I have oil pump pulleys for both Fbody and C5/C6 Corvette spacing. You can't run a/c with this oiling solution in the stock location. I don't want to sell the Dailey system until the engine sells. Please don't email me about these oiling parts unless you plan to buy the engine. Add $3,000

I will upload pictures of the AllPro Heads/intake/Jesel rocker arms/lifters later this week. I can put in whatever .750" lift and less cam you want if this one doesn't suit your needs.

Would you sell the Accufab 4500 Throttle Body separate?

gnx7 11-01-2019 10:24 PM

No- but using a quick Google search I found them on sale if you want one.
