Default who's going to the T/A nats in ohio?

i just got done booking a hotel on hotwire.com which ended up being the super 8 which is approx 2 miles south of the host hotel. The reason i did this was because the host hotel is $95 a night. i paid $39/night at the super 8.

so if anyone is looking for a cheaper alternative to the host hotel to stay at, go to hotwire.

Is there a charge just to show up and look at cars, go to the swap meet? The site addresses entering your car, but not just a ticket or whatever to walk around.

When it was at the Dayton Airport Hotel, I believe they did charge a couple of bucks to park. The money was collected for a local charity if I remember correctly. Now that it's downtown, I'd say you could park nearby for free.

i went in 07 for the first time, it was fan-freakin-tastic. Cant go this year, no money, car isnt really trustworthy to drive that far anymore (ie, too many issues) Good time though, lots of great folks, etc.

I will be there. THe host hotel is always a little more $$$ but it is worth it.
Par is parked close, and when the wife gets tires or hot she can walk inside and do what ever.

I've been there many times, if you want a better place to stay head over to the Fairborn area on Col Glenn Hwy. There's a Quaker Steak n Lube there where people always gather for cruises n shootin the ****.
