Default 402 top end rebuild '592/513' Rear wheel TFS, EPS

Just wanted to share the info of my top end rebuild. Last combo was 402 LS2 block, 13-1 with ported Dart 225's "2.05 valve" ported vic jr intake with a 4500 accufab, 2in ARH headers with 4in collectors and a 258/262 on 110 cam. Th400 with a ATI tree master 5500 stall and a 12 bolt with 4.33's on 28in slicks. I went to a ported Super Vic, TFS 245cc heads with 2.10 LS3 valves and a custom cam from Geoff at EPS. Compression and everything else stayed the same. Old power numbers 529/430, new power numbers are 592/513!! The power was still coming on at 7900rpm and yes this is a Hyd roller cam. We had to stop the pulls as the old slicks were vibrating like crazy at 139mph on the dyno. I want to thank Geoff at EPS for a killer cam, Gregg at TEA for the best cathedral head you can get, Mike and Nick at Straightline Performance for a excellent tune, and Tom at Speed inc for all the help with the parts and advice, And Dave at CPC powder coating for all the great work and hydro imaging. Next up is some new slicks and a trip to the track to see if I have to have the converter tightened as its a ton looser now. Here are some pics and video.
