Default People in IL help

I need 2 crossthreaded bolt holes on my passenger side of my 1997 Formula fixed. I don't have the time, or the cash to dish out and pay a shop tons of cash to do it, so I was wondering if anyone on here locally would be able to do it. I'm in the Algonquin/Crystal Lake area.

The hole where the header bolts go into. The last 2 on the passenger side have been crossthreaded.

Have you tried to retap it yourself or is it beyond that ?
LT1's are tricky to heli coil/time-sert the exhaust side of the head.
Coolant passages right there behind the blind bolt hole of the exhaust bolt holes.
Seen them drilled to far b-4...... Not an easy repair by any means, where are you/car located?

Anyone? I'm trying to do this now, but I can't get the header down far enough to be able to fit a tap in there.
