Indy, Where's the party at?
 

Im driving out with two friends to Indy for the USGP in a couple of weeks and was just wondering where are good places to go have fun at night?

This will be my third time out for the USGP in a row, previous years I have gone to the downtown area to check out the bars and clubs, but I was told that all the best hangouts are actually closer to the track. Any Ideas?

Aside for the Tifosi Party in Lot-C on Friday night I have no plans. So where is the party at in Indy?

No real party spots near the track for F1. Thats for the 500 and 400.

Car hang outs are up and down 31 but most are gay and ricers.

Thats weekend there is more going on Downtown at nights then any other place really.

I agree, there are a few good places to hangout on the south side of town. However it's mostly infected with ricers and such.

Broad Ripple if your looking for some clubs.

Yeah for bars Broad Ripple is pretty good, if you weren't content with downtown bars

The ones are only good untill the ricers find it. I give you Smogasboard before it was torn down........

Last two times I was there, I did not see that many ricers, but I did see a sh*t load of 70's and 80's 4 door sedans on HUGE 20" inch sire rims. I must have seen like 50 of them. Never see those on the east coast.

If you're looking for adult entertainment, then head for West 38th Street.

Usually the Friday night before the race the Ferrari club meets downtown, and they always bring lots of Ferraris to look at :)

Forgot about them. I know Car Craft rated it like the 3rd or 7th best cruise in in the country! And best yet pretty much NO ricers.
