Default wiring problem???

Hey guys i got a question, well lately ive been catching on to a few problems i got. For one my fog lights always burn out. I change those bulbs costantly, and now my headlights are messed up. when i turn them on my passenger headlight never works, so what i have to do is get out the car, and hit the headlight and it'll turn on.??? And there have been times when both headlights didnt work and i had to hit both of them. And the bulbs are brand new, wtf do i do???

Maybe they're not plugged into the back of the headlight bulbs good enough?

You could have a bad ground, and when you hit the lights you're jogging it into place temporarily.
