Default Physical needed for renewal-RT 66, SW Chicago area

.

Time for my renewal. Went to my Dr. as usual. Well he went out on his own since 2006 & got a new fancy office.
He raised his price over $100 for a damn 5 minute sports physical. I know I'm cheap, but I'm not paying $175 for 5 minutes.
It was usually $50-75 the last 5-6 renewals. I went to Walgreens, but they are not NHRA acceptable.
Anyone with info on a quick simple place I can get my renewal, would be very appreciated!! Thanks guys.

Thank you Matt. My problem is I am the co-pay. My insurance is different, so I would pay full amount anyway.
I just wanted to find a quick, no hassle place to get physical. Money was not the only issue, the rude, cocky attitude
I got when I said something about more than doubling the price, without saying something before I drove over there.
Thanks again.

I just went to my regular doctor, I think seeing someone on a one-off basis could get expensive unless he was a buddy.

To legally go 9.99 or quicker, and 150 mph and faster on an NHRA track you need a license.

Dr. Greg Ostrom in Elgin is where I go for my FAA exams every six months. I know the FAA physical covers the NHRA side also. I think it's $95 without the EKG. Easy going and no hassle guy.

.

IHRA also started requiring us to get a physical for a 6.00-7.50 car. We never needed one before 2006-07.

Ill check you out but Ill charge an extra $100 for when I have to touch yout nuts

I know around here there are some clinics that do it pretty cheap, mostly for high schoolers, might be something to check into. I thinks it tends to be $75.
