Default Need body work and paint! Where to go in ILL?

I have a 95 Trans Am that needs some rust patches fixed up and would like to get the car painted at the same time. Does anyone have some good suggestions for good quality body and paint work in illinois? Willing to pay for the quality work to. Thanks for the help.

Dont go for the patches, put new panels on. It is not if the rust will come back it is a matter of when. Unless the car will never see any rain etc. and then you should be ok.

Most of the rust spots are in the engine bay or in the area that runs down the back quarter underneath the hatch. One place i have found that water always likes to sit on these cars. Outside of the body is good just spots here and there that i would like to get fixed before throwing a motor and tranny in the car. And more than likely the car will never see rain or snow again after its done.

One place I have heard of that does good work is I think called A1 autobody. It is right in the middle of Rome which is almost to chilicothe on the highway. I've got a few estimates from them before but have never had any work done personally.

i had clear coat peeling on my front fender on the TA,,,Green Chevy did that repair,,i cant even tell,,looks great, and they treated me and my car like we were gold. Ole or something like that was the name of the person who did the work,,older guy who really knows his stuff.

i had some work done on my jeep at the Washington IL car dealer (cant think of the name,,,the big Chevy dealer), they had runs, etc...wasnt happy with that place.
