Default Stationed in Virginia! Need catback installed! Shops won’t touch with ory pipe!

Anyone stationed in Norfolk know some places I can get my catback installed? Car is registered in Texas... sure that makes no difference here in va. I’m running no cats because of my ory pipe of course. Most exhaust shops won’t touch it... never had this problem in Texas. If anybody knows someone with a shop/garage that can do the exhaust work please pm me

Get some exhaust shop to make the pipe cuts, slits, stretches and couplers that you need from measurements you make and then go to the on base hobby shop as suggested. The government civilian employees at those on base hobby shops are very knowledgeable and will bend over backwards to help you but they will absolutely expect that you get your hands dirty for this project.

It might even be best to go see the hobby shop first.
