Default AIT and wanting to change MOS

Well I am like 1/5 through my AIT as a 25S and I am hating it. This is just not the job for me, and I would like to change my MOS. Is there any way possible for me to do this or am I screwed? I am not trying to stir up a bunch of **** for myself right now so what is a good plan of action in this situation?

you can change MOS's after 6 months at your duty station. If your commander will sign off on it. If your unit is short commo people odds are he wont sign off on it. But hang in there you'll get your chance. Plus having more than one MOS is a real nice thing, for promotions. I have 2 MOS's 19D and 14J. There are more chances for promotion as a 14J. Plus thats more points for promotion having more MOS's.

Drill Sergeant will laugh at you if you bring this up. I know I would have when I was a Drill. Get through the training then change MOS later down the road. There is plenty of time.
