Killer vids

F-16's doing what they do best, blowing stuff up!
http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...oid=1306511033

I remember when my dad got his 16 ride just before 9/11
I got to stand in the back of a truck at the end of the taxi way with one of the pilots who was a frind of my dad.
They ended up buzzing us so low that you can see me in the back of the truck on the HUD video then went straight vertical, wish I could post it... never felt a rush like that before or since.

Here is how the AF does things BWHAHAHAHA

Don't you mean taking off with 2 WHOLE BOMBS and not much gas, then bingo-ing out after 5 minutes on station?

Hogs are sweet planes, haven't been fortunate enough to work on them yet. F16's are lawn darts lol

depends on what bombs your talking... she'll hold 6 500lb'ers, or 2 one ton'ers... all fit on with the aforementioned 4 missles.

But when you take off in full AB (afterburner for you A10 guys ), your gonna use up ALOT of fuel. Id never trade my ride in a 16 for a ride in an A10 though!

different planes different roles, you'll never find a winner in an arguement about which is best though. hahaha

I've had a ride in an F-16, it was the most incredible experience of my life. But I'd trade it in for a chance to pull the trigger for one second on an A-10.

And you're right that they have completely different roles. The A-10 will never be good at air to air, and the F-16 will never be good at close air support (even though they continue to try).

being an 2moX2 in ICBM's, it's pretty cool seeing what the real airforce does... although out here at the UTTR we can feel when they drop their bombs!!!

...Depends on the target, I probably would too, say if it was a house full of alqeida. Or maybe like a line of ricers.

Bout what they're worth lol... throw em up in the air and hope they land where they're supposed to They're not THAT bad I guess but they do break all the damn time... if I stay in after my enlistment's up I'm going to cross train into something other than maintenance, but I really doubt I stay in at this point.

Old airplane with lots of time on it, could say the same about any of the old ones..... heck I give you the F-14, old man said in Iraqi freedom they went on missions and 99% of the time they 14's had to turn back before they even got out of Turkey due to mechanical issues lol.

Ask almost anyone about the 15's though.... they're older than the 16's and about anyone will tell you they'd rather work on them

Yeah Mike if you see this before ya come in in the morning I have it in the trunk of my car, remind me and you can have it as long as ya need....
