The greatest day of my life, and military career, is today!
I have been working hard towards my goals of what I eventually wanted to do since I came into the Air Force. Today, all the hard work finally paid off as I got a call stating in more words than less;
I would be turning in my;
for a set of;
and my;
will now have these next to them;
For those unfamiliar with the badges, I am currently an enlisted aviator, and now will be a commissioned officer/pilot.

I was already in a flying career field before, meaning I would fly for my job as an in flight refueler. However now instead of being enlisted, and working in the plane refueling, now I will be an officer, and a pilot (the one actually flying the plane).
Not sure how to answer Silverad04's question. The Marine Corps are the same as the other branches as you need to fit the requirements to make the change from enlisted to officer (mostly this just includes a 4 year bachelors degree). Then its just a matter of submitting your packet to an officer board (wheather it be a rated board meaning for a flying officer position such as a pilot or weapons system officer, or a non-rated spot like a maintenance officer or other officer position that is not a flying position), and getting accepted.

What's up Earl! How's the Supra doing? Do you ever miss the Z28 (Earl's car)? John told me he talked to you a while back.
