Default need some help, beer involved

i just got a cam in my car and i some help installing the springs and roller rockers. i have never done this and i have to do it asap. i am in san diego, and figured that we could go to the hobby shop on base to knock this out. thanks, a couple cases of beer to the worthy helper.

Its real easy man. I just did this myself. All you do is get a tool that threads into the spark plug hole, make sure both valves are closed, and fill the clynder with compressed air to hold the valves up. Use a spring compressor and pull the off the springs man. too easy
