Anyone elses GI Bill late? Or just plain inconsistant? I usually get it on the 23rd or 24th of each month, but this month, it's now the first....and still nothing. I called the automated number and it said I am still enrolled. Whats the deal? I post dated a check for the third assuming it would have been here some time LAST week like it always is......
