I hate E85 Evo's.... Mods: 99 Corvette (Intake/Exhaust/100 Shot) vs 2004 FP Red Evo (FP Red/1200cc Injectors/GSC S2 Cams/GReddy Exhaust/Factory Re-Flash) Vette-vs-Evo |
i say bs... |
Sounded like the vette 'started' in 5th or 6th. wtf? that's a BS "race". |
35-40 roll. It was a legit race. That car is putting down close to 500 awhp |
yea dont get where this "BS" is coming from. that Evo like posted is pushing a shit load of hp... throw in a cam/headers done deal |
the vette driver needs the transmission explained to him. |
that run was NA  |
quick evo. jet the n20 up! |
i believe it.!! |
The FP red is a pretty nice turbo. If he's set-up right for e85 then he could be making a good amount of power. I would have liked to see a cleaner run though. |
time to step it up!... but no matter what you do, their is always someone faster.... |
Just an FYI. I made 631 whp with an FP RED turbo and it went 9.5@145. It is an extremely impressive stock appearing turbo. My car is not the mainstream evo, but it gives you an idea of the potential. E85 is no joke and thats what Ive been running. Good race though, its all fun. Up the shot and piss the evo off:) |
I need to get some other toys installed. And then we will see if I need more juice. |

631 to the wheels and a 145 trap? A timeslip would be nice. |
I dont want to take the OP thread way off topic. But here is the video with timeslip. I am also including the newer video of the 9.0@157. The car will go 8.70-8.80@160 plus but the clutch was getting weak. Its been in the car for a year. Its a twin carbon and they need to be pulled before they slip. If they slip the rebuild cost goes from a few hundred to a few thousand:( Its been rebuilt to new spec and is on its way home. Anyways, yes E85 is an amzing fuel for any car and you just cant beat the price. Just need to be careful with it in the Northen states in Winter as the blends change and they lose consistency. Its fine here in Florida... Just so everyone knows I use to own an LS1 SS. My signature is messed up and also says 2 posts. Just didnt want you to think I came in here to wave some Import flag:) I love em all... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwPszXGLkzQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MGdRSWiz_CM http://videos.streetfire.net/video/90157_690494.htm On the RED: http://img22.imageshack.us/img22/8516/scan0016nd3.jpg On a FP3586: http://img200.imageshack.us/img200/3885/scan0022n.jpg |
^ your car moves out, imports have come such a long way. |
