I've seen that New York UFO video before and I'm going to say fake. If I saw a craft charging a helicopter that I was in, my natural reaction would be to jump and move the camera around alot, creating alot of shaky video. I doubt I'd be able to keep steady-free video and still be able to predict where the UFO went, considering the high speed. Plus, it's over New York obviously. Don't you think this would be in the national news if it really happened, with plenty of eyewitness accounts and video?

I call fake based on the smoke/contrails it left behind. Contrails don't form at that altitude for one unless it was a absolutely freezing day. So now that contrails are ruled out the only other reason it would be leaving a smoke trail would be because it's powered by some combustible fuel which I find it hard to believe.
Furthurmore, there were no contrails leading up to the encounter with the helicopter and then there were some when it banked and flew away.
