This is hilarious but sad at the same time. Congressman Hank Williams speaking of concerns of a military base on Guam. You must watch the whole thing, its worth it. But its sad that these are elected represenatives.

He's a real buffoon... It gets WORSE with him too, as I recall. I know, right... HOW??? He's really out there. I don't just feel embarrassed for Dekalb county... I feel embarrassed and sad for AMERICA because idiots just like him are running all over Congress.

Yea its months old but it still never fails to amaze me, and he is dead serious. The look on the officers face is priceless as he tries to respond calmly. But its sad that those are the people elected to make decisions to the well being of the U.S. as a whole.
