No it is not, for one it made its time with slicks (which top gear automatically voids) and it has never been driven on the road "legally" it is not road certified and even if you buy one ferrari keeps it themselves and invites you once in a while to an FXX exclusive trackday.

I disagree with some on here.....
I think this is the best looking supercar hands down. Freaking awesome! This is truly a work of art. When looking at price vs. functionality vs. looks.....this is the best out there.

What would you rather have an authentic Van Gogh or a $5 poster? Handmade is over-rated for most simpletons. Airplanes may not use their tires very much but they need to be able to handle extreme loads for the short period they are used. The Veyron being able to hit 250+ mph in a 4,000+ lb vehicle needs tires to be able to handle exteme loads.
