**NON LSX** Nissan GTR Record - 9.3x @ 150+ mph ***IN-DASH VIDEO ONLY! (UNTIL AMS RELEASES THE FULL VIDEO)

New record in the GTR world! AMS just went 9.33 @ 153 mph with their alpha 10 package.
Unfortunately, the only VIDEO they have given us so far is a video of the dash, so I'm sure some of you will call BS until you see the full video.
Either way, it is what it is until the full video is released.

Thank you everyone for all the support. Tim is one happy camper! This is by no means a one trick pony either. Tim's car really does drive every bit like a stock car...it just induces premature bowel movements lol.
We are having a few drinks right now to celebrate and tomorrow we will start on the video. In regards to the turbos these are the smaller of the two options available. The bigger being the alpha 12 that chucks car will be getting.
As far as tranny mods it's a pro max clutch ppg 1st gear Dodson clips, some sheperd magic and that's about it. Tonight the car was
Making 900whp on our mustang dyno. Keep in mind on our alpha 9 car on pump this dyno was reading 650whp and that car ran a 10.1
The car has more in it as the boost was about 28 psi and the fuel was ms109 unleaded race gas. This was the type of tune we can deliver to any alpha 10 customer and have it be very reliable.

I really cannot speak enough about the mild manners of this car when driving around. John himself said "that thing drives so smooth, its like stock" It really is by every definition of the word a FULL BLOWN STREET CAR!

Based on NHRA rules this car needs the following:
Full Roll cage
Full fire suit
battery cut off
four point harness
and the best part....... it now needs a PARACHUTE!!
Well this is a street car so we were not about to toss all that in it. Needless to say after two consecutive mid 9 second passes with only a helmet and a fire jacket as safety equipment we were kindly asked to pack it up for the day.

It appears that it hit 153 mph in about 9 sec. So, I believe it. It 's hard to believe that these cars can take such hard launches with 900whp and minimal driveline mods.
