Maybe it is the most played out "wheel" but not in silver . Most everyone IMO wants the flashy chrome or the grandsport style.
I would say most people ditch the simple looking silver to go with those different colors ASAP. Sure there are cars with the silver zr1 but not like there are cars with chrome or black or dished style and certainly not many of them have the OEM ZR1 wheel. Not many people like the silver look. Not many people care to have the OEM style wheel. I understand that.
So yes I see your point about being the most played out "wheel," but slow down and go back and re-read my statement that may help you determine what I actually meant. You might look into OEM vs aftermarket ZR1 to learn what the differences are.
I can hardly wait to mount my "real" ZR1s!!
Such a classic wheel and yet not many are running the silver zr1 these days.
Refer to post #12 and #72. They were about the only two that mentioned OEM in the whole thread. So 2 maybe 3 because I think the silver z28 in post #82 has them as well out of the whole thread have the combination I was explaining in my statement.

I realy like ZR1s on a f-body. They make our cars look real Classy. It dont matter if they are OEM or aftermarket like Oewheels, witch makes a dam good wheel,I love a clean and classy looking car,Thats just how i feel about it. Now as far as the OEM ZR1s, YOU cant get no classyer than that.

Good question. I bought them late fall/early winter from OE wheels. I'm not sure but I believe its 50mm offset in the rear don't know the Backspace. Its whatever wheels they recommend for f-bodies. yes they are 17x11's in the rear.. OE wheels Black Machined lip deep dish ZR1's.
