I used an engine hoist with a tow strap wrapped around the front bumper (metal). Lifted it high enough to get a couple truck jack stands under there. Probably easier than throwing your back out!

I think that'd be a "redneck lift" :lol:

This one is far less dangerous. I mean.. it might hurt some backs, but cars falling and people getting crushed was a lot less likely here.
