Talking My P.O.S

Well yesterday I was really bored before my prom so I washed my car and put it in the backyard and snapped some pictures.

Appearance wise its not the best obviously but today I got my SS spoiler, next weekend I'm getting some deep dish ZR1's locally and come summer time I'm completely repainting it

Oh and yes one rim isn't black

Take it easy on the car, its seen better days but its my project

Hey man, we all gotta start somewhere. I am doing my performance mods first THEN the looks will come last, paint, etc. Well... I did do a few small things for accent but nothing major. Good luck and keep us posted.

Thanks! I'll probably use this thread as sort of a build thread; and as far as performance goes and I'm satisfied with what I have now because I don't have the money or knowledge to really do crazy stuff but its always been a dream of mine to restore a car so this will be my attempt!

I see potential in your car.
And at least when a girl asks what kind of car you drive you can respond with "Camaro" haha. Most teenage girls know what a camaro is, even if she's picturing a new one.
When girls ask me what I drive and I say, firebird, they never know what it is -_-

Hahaha! So true! My friend has a 93 Trans Am and when chicks ask him what kind of car he has they don't know what it is but then I say I have a Camaro they

But the car isn't for the ladies its for the looks and satisfaction knowing that all the kids my age drive mommy and daddy's car and don't pay for anything when I pay for everything I own

I'd spray paint the bumper so at least make it harder to see that the paints flaked off badly, and its really simple to paint the other wheel black, $10 and a afternoon you could have it looking a lot better

The pictures do my car way too much justice. its chipping off fenders too and someone keyed the **** out of my car so I'm respraying the whole car. And I was gonna paint that one rim but I'm probably picking up some DD ZR1's this friday but if that doesn't work i'll paint it. But usually i don't have a lot of free time with school and work I have 14 hour days so theres a lot of hard work involved in to the progression of this car
