Default Photoshoot: Chevelle, NHRA Trans Am, Sierra

Don't have photoshop anymore so these are just how I took them. Feel free to offer critiques. Just shot with a Minolta long zoom point and shoot.

Mine is the LS1 swap Chevelle. The Trans Am is a room mates and it has the TTMs on it. The Sierra is a friend's.

Yeah it's an awesome place for pictures and it's right down the road from my house. It's completely open and there are no gates or no trespassing signs or anything.

Had a few people ask about the Trans Am hood. Not sure what it is since he got it from a salvage yard cheap. It's fiberglass bolt on hood and the hood scoops carry all their height all the way back.

Definitely looks huge from inside the car.

Not a fan of the hood or fender stripes on the truck. Awesome pics and your car looks mean!

Where are the sail panel and rear taillight filler panel emblems on the T/A?

I can't remember if he said they were gone when he got it or pulled them himself, but either way he doesn't like them and doesn't plan to put them back on.

BTW for some reason his side NHRA emblems say "Formula" on them but the wing is stock and the car code sheet definitely lists it as a Trans Am and the door script emblems are also stock. Not sure if that was a common thing or not.

They did make NHRA Formulas. Someone may have added/changed them or maybe the dealer put the wrong ones on when it was new (since many times the cars were delivered without the emblems actually on the car.) Does his car have the 1SH RPO code?

Have to check, not sure. I had never heard of the NHRA edition until he bought his.

I was wondering about that. My camera screen tends to be brighter than the average monitor and so is my laptop.

If I had photoshop I could brighten them up a tad. But I was trying to give them a darker vibe, just over did it I guess.
