Testing 9006 type LED Bulbs in 93-97 Camaro Headlight Housings On my quest for night vision i tried out some new LED 9006 bulbs retrofitted into my stock sealed beam headlights. The results were decent.
They do glare but I am going to try a few things in the future to see if I can get a better beam out of them. (in person it is noticeable but borderline) Overall I am happy with them. From the drivers seat they look great. For anyone looking at doing similar heres what to expect.
Mainly I was surprised they fit behind the beam and do not contact the core support. I may try making a clear lense and some sort of cutoff bar inside the beam. Stay tuned
