Hard to say when you keep talking over the noise.

Could be an exhaust leek, lifter wheel, bearing...………...

My water pump was making a chirp I chased for a long time before finding it, sounded similar to your video. Wasn’t weaping so I’m guessing it was a bearing in it cause throwing a new pump on fixed it.

The chirp sounds like a pulley bearing to me.

Look at the harmonic dampener, if it wobbles theres your problem. Super common with the stock stuff. get an ATI and never fool with it again.
The dampener wobbles throwing the belts left and right of the idlers and chirps as it slides. you can spray it with some brake cleaner and it would temproarily quiet it down if thats the case.

If it were exhaust clamps or similar rubbing on a head shield or frame it would be noticeable inside of the car

if you can run it with the belt off for a bit, that would tell you fast if its a pulley or idler wheel etc.
